These Just Arrived at My Office...

Just want to start by saying 3 things!

1. I have had umpteen other feckers staying with me and this is the first bunch of anything I have ever got

2. Poor Wombat had her heed 'doon the pan' most of Sunday, I hardly saw her!

3. Meera - look at what you could have won

Not only did they visit the weekend I knocked them both off the top spot in the league (how much fun did I have!), they did the washing-up, which my flat mate is yet to do once and she’s been there 6 months. Judith made me wake them up at 8am on Sunday morning (ouch) in the name of vanity! They rescued my bag from the hands of common thieves (Sat night), a heroic effort, thanks again Wombat. They bought me lots of drinks and one orange Calippo Ice lolly. They were fantastic World Cup companions and furrrking good company all weekend. And like me, they’re love for The Labyrinth has transcended the naivety of childhood and remains with them both in adulthood (er, actually, can that remain between us for a few years?!).

But they did laugh at (rather than with) me quite a lot. All in all it was a great night and a great weekend.

So when I say YOU SHOULDN’T HAVE – I mean it.
